We require someone high is tech savvy, holds customer service to the highest standards and brings and positive attitude. In return we offer a competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Bonuses and increments also available
About the role:
Successful candidates will help in a wide range of tasks throughout the Lettings process. The office deals with properties and full buildings throughout the country and is a unique role which offers the chance to build superb experience and excellent career.
Duties as a Lettings Negotiator will be:
• Arrange lettings viewings throughout The UK
• Work with site teams
• Be a point of contact and support for the BTR clients
• Register and effectively qualify applicant enquiries in person, over the telephone and email
• Be the main point of contact for landlords giving them general feedback on the market and the viewings conducted
• Applicant management
• Negotiate offer
• Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
• Keep all systems up to date
• Learn and use all legislation and company policies
• Be part of the Ringley family
The ideal candidate will have:
• Ideally have min 6 months experience in Lettings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast pace world
• Be part of a team
• UK driving licence and car ( not essential )
• Team player
• High emotional intelligence
• Great energy and positive attitude (essential)
