Rebecca - Estates - 12/10/2023 - Stratford "The Concierge team at River Heights has been excellent in providing support and being immediately responsive to our concerns, anxieties especially in the last few weeks. We have been trying to resolve multiple concerns in our flat as well as issues within the property. I finally feel that each problem is being concerned one by one with a logical and reasonable sustainable approach. The environment in the rubbish bin room in the basement has improved drastically and on multiple occasions I no longer need to wear a mask nor bring my own fly spray when dropping down my rubbish. Really appreciate that it’s a 24/7 responsibility and it’s a huge task and a lot of people’s daily lives involved and affected. Please keep this up !!!! and it means a lot to come home to a safe and comfortable place environment."

Our relationship manager sent someone out to fix the problem later that day, and emailed everyone to let us know they would come. They came without me realising, so I sent an email that evening in a quite grumpy tone demanding that they come the next morning, and straight away on receiving my email she got them to come out again to make sure that everything was OK and they really had fixed the problem the night before! I was very grateful for her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was properly resolved and to our satisfaction, even when my communication had been misinformed and grumpy! "
