Our Cardiff office is located in West Bute Street and is staffed Monday to Friday by our estates and legal teams. We provide a holistic approach to all your building and block management needs in addition to providing specialist leasehold legal advice and conveyancing services. We are in the heart of Cardiff Bay and manage Prospect Place, the largest apartment complex in Wales, and also several other blocks in the Bay.

The Estate Management team are available to Leaseholders and residents and are passionate about providing quality service and advice. They are also committed to using Welsh local contractors wherever we can who also understand the buildings in Cardiff Bay. We believe that ‘people and communication’ are the key to best block management and commit to visiting you in person on a regular basis.

Remediation Under the Welsh Government Contract
The Team have been fully engaged on Fire Safety issues and the terms of the Self Remediation Contract reached between Welsh Government and house builders. We are actively engaged with all stakeholders - including surveyors, lenders, agents and brokers - that contribute to the saleability and mortgageability of flats in the Cardiff Bay area.
