Headquartered in London with regional offices in Cardiff and Manchester, Ringley Group manages a £6bn mixed-tenure portfolio of over 13,000 homes. The asset manager and operator has launched Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS), a new service to help building owners and managers with the recruitment and training of onsite staff. The service is aimed at the living sectors – Build to Rent, Co-living, Senior Living and PBSA – but is also available to workspace providers.

RISSS will help building owners and operators upskill existing staff – as well as to identify the right recruits across leasing, front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Clients of RISSS will have access to Ringley’s internal expert teams, as well as use of the Group’s proprietary techstack – including the company’s residential leasing and management platform PlanetRent and App suite which includes Residents Apps, Contractor Apps, Site Staff Apps and Apps to inspect fire doors.

A key part of RISSS’s offering will be the use of asset tagging. This attaches QR codes to items such as fire alarms or safety doors, which helps both the onsite team and residents see when life safety plant and equipment on site was last checked or maintained.

“RISSS was established with the aim of maximising the human potential of on-site staff to drive efficiencies and deliver 100% transparency when it comes to fire safety and maintenance.

“Fundamentally, the key to success in operational real estate, regardless of sector, is a twin approach that gives equal weighting to hospitality and compliance and this understanding is what drove us to create RISSS.”

Mary-Anne Bowring, CEO, Ringley Group
