Saved £3,714

Northiam Mgmt
How did we do it?
We collected a premium for the intermediate landlord (our Client) of £3,714. The previous Agent was not collecting this. Good for the enfranchisee. Bad for our Client who ends up with a duty to pay more ground rent than they collect.

Saved £4,318

College Street
How did we do it?
The former accountant had expensed a utility company security deposit and therefore it had got lost at account transfer. We uncovered this and retrieved £4K for the Client, 4 years after this had got missed. A nice windfall.

Anaconda Cut
How did we do it?

Saved the client £5,000.00 by completing an accounting analysis which highlighted the client was overpaying for deposits. Decided to move the client to TDS where they pay nearly 50% less.

Howitt Close
How did we do it?
We saved 40% on insurance or £5,367. It is about how you present a case to the insurers and how well they trust you to manage, especially on buildings with lead pipes, flat roofs, down-feed water supplies.

Saved £5,466

Narev Court
How did we do it?

We have identified an incorrect billing by water company. Having reconcile the usage and liaising with the utility company, we secure the credit back.

Saved £5,800

Barton Mill
How did we do it?
Saved £5,800 by instructing an expert to confirm that roof materials did not comply with building regulations. A risk that had to be taken after both Zurich and the developer said NO.

Saved £6,462

Streatham Common
How did we do it?
This Right to Manage company was in a bit of an accounting pickle when we took them over including 'missing money' and a dispute with the former agent. Legal action undertaken by Ringley Legal, our Solicitors practice against JJ Homes yielded £6,462 + costs.

Saved £6,700

Kendal, Purfleet
How did we do it?
Since having captured critical details of every building age/construction date, size, type of windows and location we have been able to run some initial due diligence to see which blocks might be over or under insured. This block appeared a possible for over insurance, so we re-valued saving £6,700.

Saved £6,856

Cunningham Court
How did we do it?
