The special person we are looking for will be a good listener, practical, the type who focuses on solutions, is good with IT and is obsessed with customer care.

Day to day it is a varied role: you’ll get to help customers by sharing information in our databases, explaining processes and using audit trail to investigate and solve issues. Day to day you'll be organising things, advising owners and keeping one eye on the strategic bigger picture. Clients may have limited property experience and no sense of future planning so your patience to articulate what needs to be done to maintain property values in the block is key. A business approach to compliance and fire risk management as well as being able to build common purpose and buy in will stand you in good stead. You will also need to be confident to deal with high net worth Clients and capable of implementing proactive strategies to deliver ‘turnaround change'.
