Homebuyer survey

Homebuyer Surveys A brief report designed in conjunction with the Consumer's Association with you in mind. The inspection, which lasts from 2-4 hours, looks at all structural elements of the building from the roof to the drains.*

The survey covers damp, timber defects and a visual inspection of the services. The written report and valuation includes an assessment of any defects which are either 'urgent' requiring action or 'significant' thus having an effect on value. Where significant defects are found, the report guides you on what should be done and similarly provides a page guiding your Legal Advisor on specific issues which require investigation.

At Ringley I am responsible also for cross discipline technical issues where coming from the background of being both an Engineer and Chartered Surveyor and having once been a Property Manager certainly help me. My team comprises qualified Valuers, Engineers, Legal Executives, Planners and a Solicitor so we have a whole range of expertise to assist.
