My 30+ years of practical property and senior managerial experience has involved me in all types of properties from large London Estates to Art Deco Mansion blocks both within prime central London and beyond. Over the years I have probably encountered most block management issues before, both personally and through my team I have strategically managed solutions. Not only do I work at the forefront of the industry as an ARMA Council member but also sit on the Technical Committee and I collected an award from for my "Green approach to residential property management".
