MBMRingley is the Estate Agency arm of the Ringley Group. Estate Agency is not a routine 9 to 5 job. You have to be a self-starter, motivated and the sort of person who is not too lazy to make the most of an opportunity.

To be successful in our Agency Team the most important qualifications are enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude – we will assign you a mentor and provide a corporate induction to build the rest.

We build our administrative support roles to help you focus on the people and chasing the deals. Your role is to build a relationship with each client, it takes a whole lot of creativity and perseverance to overcome any legal, valuation or price expectation hurdles to get the deal delivered.

People who aren't passionate about doing the deal need not apply.
