Services Team Valuation
Ringley's experienced valuation team
provide a range of valuation services to
a wide variety of clients. Trainees are
encouraged to work towards a chartered
status by analyzing yields and
transactions to increase their market
awareness, performing general client
duties, and gaining a grounding in
landlord and tenant issues before
working on acquisitions, planning and
development applications, and qualifying
to carry out bank valuations of up to
approx. £20M
Entry level is usually surveyors and values who are 1 year post qualified (MRICS),
or values wanting to broader their horizons as we are
fundamentally commercial valves
where everyday is different not residential mortgage
values.
Quality APC candidates who have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and 2 years APC diary complete
covering the areas of law, landlord, tenant and inspection may apply in writing.
